How do I reactivate my account?

After your verification interview is complete, we will review the results and respond with the outcome within 3 business days.

What happens if I do not sign-up for virtual identity verification?

If you do not schedule an appointment using the form above or if your verification is not successful, your account will remain deactivated. After 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com.

当你收到这条亚马逊邮件,那就是妥妥的二次触发视频验证了;那么,注册的时候都已经视频验证过了,为什么在运营过程中再次触发视频验证并且店铺被停用了呢?

首先,亚马逊有一次审核和二次审核之分。

亚马逊一次审核是指注册账户的时候就有审核法人身份证和营业执照执照等信息,一次审核也可以说是审核注册销售权限的。

二次审核是亚马逊在对你账号资料信息真实性存在怀疑而触发的第二次审核,现在一般是刚注册好账号通过一审刚激活账户后触发,有时会在运营当中更改账户信用卡/收款账号的时候触发,二次审核只是有一定几率触发不是100%一定会触发的,二次审核主要审核账户资料的账单等。

因为早些时候,亚马逊的入驻标准还没有那么严格,导致平台上涌入了大批量的卖家。由于入驻平台的卖家良莠不齐,平台上不断出现了一些诈骗卖家以及恶意跟卖破坏平台规则的卖家。为了保证平台的用户体验,近年来亚马逊便开始加快了二次审核的步伐以控制平台卖家的质量。那么哪些行为可能会导致店铺直接发生二次审核呢?

1.刚注册激活的新店铺

2.店铺更换信用卡

3.店铺更换收款账号

4.店铺更换注册信息

以上行为是可能会导致店铺发生二次审核的,当然,另外一部分亚马逊也会随机选取店铺进行二次审核。

二次审核需要准备哪些资料:

关于二审需要准备的资料会比一审资质重要的多,主要有以下几点

1.后台对应的有效营业执照

2.公司或者法人90天内的公用事业单位出具的账单,煤气费/电费/水费/上网费等账单

需要强调的是账单中出现的名称和地址要和后台的信息相对应,蕞好一致。不支持信用卡账单;如果账单主体是第三方,需要提供有效的证明文件。还有一些买家误以为发票也是账单的一种形式,结果提交后系统自动显示不通过,所以账单不能用发票做代替。

3.有时会还会要求已创建listing的卖家需要提供对应增值税发票和近3个月内的采购发票这是亚马逊为了证明你的采购渠道是否符合平台规则。

以上资料如有的均需准备好,资料越齐全,审核成功可能性越大,审核违度也会越快。
